"I have been using Mark Storr as my builder for the past two years. He carried out some repointing on my properties in Cleethorpes. This very labour-intensive job took a few months to complete, as it was done accurately and precisely by Mark and his team.

He recommended the appropriate mortar to use based on the building's age and for its longevity. Mark has very high standards; if the pointing didn't meet these, he insisted the work be redone. We had issues with damp in the property, and Mark suggested effective solutions to combat this, along with the repointing work.

I extended the contract to include a complete refurbishment of the property's interior, which involved installing a new bathroom and kitchen, re-plastering, laying a floating concrete floor, and complete redecoration throughout. This work was also completed to a very high standard. Mark later carried out work in my own house, replacing a ceiling and re-plastering it in just a few days. The workmanship is second to none.
