The damp problems were solved by repairs and adjustments to the roof, repairs to old alterations, replacement and repairs to external brickwork and new external rendering. At each stage Mark had the effectiveness tested, it was very thorough work.

"Mark and his team have just completed an extension and room conversion at our house. Furthermore, there were complicated alterations, including a back door being removed, boiler relocation and co-ordination of new kitchen, and new roofs for altered room. This was all done to a job spec.

We are delighted with Mark and his team's work. He has finished all work to a very high standard, coming back and ensuring all is good. His brickwork is super, and with Mark's extensive knowledge he advised us and helped us all the way. He worked round our busy lives with two small children, turning up around 7.30 and worked all day, almost every day for three months.
